When you request an invitation, we store your email address and when you sent it. We use it only to write to you when there is a place for you, and to send you your invitation. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, because you asked us to.

We keep it until we have invited you or you ask us to delete it. You can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

When you ask us to get in touch about selling a work, we store your name, the email address or phone number you give us, and when you sent it, and we receive it by email. We use it only to contact you about the work. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, as steps you asked for before a possible agreement.

We keep it as long as we are talking with you about the work, or until you ask us to delete it. If a work is placed, the law may require us to keep records of the sale for longer.

To deliver the pages and keep them secure, our server processes your IP address and the pages you request; the technical logs that contain them are kept for [to be added: how long server logs are kept]. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, to run the site safely.

There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and no fonts or scripts are loaded from other companies. Your browser keeps a few settings for this site on your device (for example light or dark); they are never sent to us for tracking.

We do not sell or share your details. Two service providers process them for us, bound by contract (Art. 28 GDPR): Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany (servers in Falkenstein, Germany), where the site and its database run, and [to be added: email provider], which delivers our emails.

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to kleine.contact@gmail.com.
